Warranty & Returns

Please make your selection carefully as we are unable to accept this product for refund or exchange if you simply change your mind or if you made an incorrect purchase

This product is covered by the Customer Charter and comes with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

This product may contain warranty documents on or inside the packaging provided by the manufacturer of the product. Some warranties provided by manufacturers of imported goods may not apply in Australia. You should contact the manufacturer identified on the warranty document to determine whether or not the warranty applies to the goods in Australia and if so, how you should go about making a claim under such a warranty.

Change of mind:

• We accept change of mind returns if the item is in its original unopened state and packaging.
• Applicable freight fees and a 15-20% re-stocking fee will be deducted from your refund in cases where you changed your mind about your purchase and wish to return the product in its original state and packaging. This also applies to orders cancelled when the item has already been dispatched from our warehouse.
• Excluded items from return/Change of mind: Change of mind returns are not accepted for intimates, which includes underwear, hosiery, socks, swimwear and earrings, some health and beauty products, bedding, headphones for hygienic reasons. Remedies for defective goods are still available. Under no circumstances can change of mind returns for digital access codes or downloadable software be accepted.

Note: We accept Change of Mind returns for 14 days after you have received the item.

Dead on Arrival (DOA) or Faulty Items:
• Any faulty stock received within 14 days will be replaced at no charge. Any orders received incorrectly through the fault of us will be replaced at no additional charge to the customer
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and all returns must be authorized or approved by our team before any package is shipped back to us please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
• If the returned item does not meet the conditions of this policy, you will be responsible for the cost of receiving your returned goods back to your nominated address
For Damage items: -
• Please contact us within 2 business days after you received damaged items and provide us with broken photos and video of the box/ bag and items pictured. Any claim made after 2 business days may not be accepted for courier review due to the lapse of time.

Awaiting Collection Parcel:
• Generally, Courier Company left a card for collection at Local Post so please collect parcel with within 5 days (they may ask you to proof of identity)
• If you failed to collect a parcel due to that parcel back to us (RTS or returned to sender) then We do not cover any fees incurred from failed deliveries and if this leads to an order cancellation, we will deduct these fees from the order amount to be refunded.

If you have a problem with your goods, please lodge a return request via your Catch account. We will investigate the issues and advise you whether your product may be returned and, where required, provide you with instructions on how to return your goods.


Note: Please provide us with the proof for any broken or faulty photos and videos of the products when you lodge any request.

All returns must be directed through our Customer Service team.

Please do not return or post items before obtaining instructions from us first. If you do, there is a risk that your returned item may not be identifiable and accepted.

All our products come with a 12-month warranty.
